12.01.11

It's nearly a week since I first weighed myself this year.
(It will be a week tomorrow, but I'm out all day, so I've weighed myself today!)

This week I've lost 4 pounds.
I'm quite happy with this.

Although I think this may be down to my loss of appetite. But if weight loss can come from feeling this down and generally shit, then I will take the positive from the negative I suppose!

What else can I do?

I weighed myself last night.

I've so far lost 2 pounds.

Off to a good start.
On Wednesday after college I'm going to hit the Flabelos again for half an hour or so.

I really want to go on a super long walk.

06.01.11

Ok, So Yesterday I signed up for 30 sessions on the FLABeLOS.
It's those wobbly plates where 10 minutes of just standing and feeling your fat move in every which way is the equivalent to 1 hour at the gym.
I'm lazy, so I am ALL up for this!

I did 10 minutes yesterday and 20 minutes today. (I like to think of this as 3 hours working out! aha)


I also weighed myself today.

I'm 12.6 stone.

This isn't good. But, it is less than I weighed when I went to the doctors on the 23rd December, so who knows! I'll settle for any weight loss.

I've also told myself that I'm not allowed a take away until I've lost at least half a stone.
So when I'm 11.13 I can treat myself.

I choose curry. I've been craving a take away curry for months. This is no lie.


So, 1st week of January. Weight, 12.6.

To finally cut down on how much Pepsi Max I drink and drink more water!
